We want you to know that integrity- in the way we operate and the methods by which we conduct business- is a top priority and our most essential core value. Purpose of this notice

In compliance with the Gramm-Leach-Bliley Act (GLBA, a US regulation), General Data Protection Regulation (GDPR, an EU regulation), California Consumer Privacy Act (CCPA, a California regulation) and other applicable data protection laws, Anzen Technologies is required to notify you of our privacy policy used for ensuring confidentiality. We are providing you with this document, which notifies you of the privacy policies and practices of Anzen Technologies.

The Services are operated in the United States and intended for users located in the United States. If you access this site from a location outside of the United States, your information may be transferred to the United States and you agree to such transfer. Furthermore, you acknowledge that the United States may not provide the same level of protections as the laws of your country.

Children

The Services are not intended for anyone under the age of 18. We do not knowingly collect, use or disclose information of children under the age of 13 without the consent of their parents or legal guardians. We will delete any personal information collected that we determine to be from a user younger than the age of 13.

Rights of california residents

California law permits residents of California to opt-out of Company’s disclosure of personal information to third parties for their direct marketing purposes. You may choose to opt-out of the sharing of your personal information with third parties for marketing purposes at any time by submitting a request in writing to privacy@anzen.com. Please note that this opt-out does not prohibit disclosure made for non-marketing purposes.

California law also permits residents of California to request and obtain from us once per year, free of charge, a list of the third parties (if any) to whom we have disclosed personal information for their direct marketing purposes in the prior calendar year, as well as the type of personal information disclosed to those parties. Requests via written mail, telephone, or facsimile will not be accepted. The e-mail subject line and the content of your request must include the phrase ”Your California Privacy Rights,” and include your name and e-mail address. Please allow 30 days to receive a response to your inquiry.

If we have sent you a promotional e-mail, you may opt out of future e-mails by following the "unsubscribe" process at the bottom of the promotional email.
